Text your Momma’s name & favorite country song to 803-742-9430 between now and May 11th.
Listen at 10am & 2pm May 7-11, 2018. If we call out her name and play her song, you’ll win a qualifying prize pack to include:
- Palmetto necklace with Swarovski stones from Lexington Jewelers
- Dinner for mom at Bonefish Grill ($25 gift card)
- Dude tee shirts for you & your mom
Ten qualifying winners will be in the running for the grand prize winner who will be announced between 4-5pm Friday, May 11th.
One grand prize winner will receive a TRIP FOR TWO TO THE 2018 CMA FEST in NASHVILLE, TN June 7-10! Trip includes round-trip airfare from Columbia Metropolitan Airport, 3 nights hotel and (2) tickets to CMA Fest. Ground transportation, parking, meals and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
You must be 18 or older to enter and have not won a prize in the last 30 days.
All winners will be contacted by phone, text and or email, and will need to verify his or her information in order to claim his or her prize. Winners selected are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Prize Claim Procedures: Once a winner has been verified, the claimant must come to Station during predetermined time and present a valid government-issued photo ID. The verification decisions of Station are final and binding in all respects. In addition, failure to present the required government-issued photo ID will result in forfeiture of the prize.
A winner may waive the right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable.
Grand Prize Winner must come to Station during a predetermined time no later than May 18, 2018 to present a valid, government-issued photo ID, or the prize will be forfeited. He/she may be required to provide his/her valid Social Security Number (or other taxpayer identification number Station deems acceptable) to Station for tax purposes and/or complete an IRS W-9 form in order to claim a prize. Winner must book airline travel no later than May 18, 2018. If Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel or attend CMA Fest on specified dates the prize will be forfeited.
Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state and local taxes on the prize value and, if applicable, will be issued an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize value determined by Station. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules by June 11, 2018 will not be awarded and will remain the property of Station.
By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Station which are final and binding in all respects. Station reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Station. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Station which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Station reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Station reserves the right to award prizes based on the eligible prize claims received before the termination date. Proof of sending or submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Station.
Acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s irrevocable consent to the publication or other use by Station and its licensees of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media, including the Internet, for any commercial, publicity or promotional purpose, without limitation, review or approval, or additional compensation.
Release: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO FULLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS STATION, MIDLANDS MEDIA GROUP AND ITS ENTITIES, FACEBOOK, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS AND EACH SUCH COMPANY’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, OR ANY OTHER HARM WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF: (1) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (2) THE QUALITY, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (3) ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY THAT IS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE.
Limitations of Liability: By PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS acknowledge and agree that EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE WEBSITES AND THE PRIZES, ARE provided “as is” and that Station makes no representations or warranties OF ANY KIND, express or implied, about the PRIZES and Station hereby DISCLAIMS all such warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by PARTICIPANTS, printing OR PRODUCTION errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or EMPLOYED in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the notification of any winner; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from A PARTICIPANT’S participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Station reserves the right to amend these rules at it’s sole discretion.
